APHI was built from the ground up with you, the parallel-qualified inspector, in mind. All of our inspector applicants will be supplied with a BTR-ready report template which will make reviewing the parallel reports a breeze. Just add us to your mailing list for available inspections and we will handle getting them entered on our proprietary shared scheduling software. Just expend minimal effort and collect extra $$$ each month.
If you have been a certified home inspector in good standing, with no disciplinary action from the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration (BTR) within the past three years, and you have been continuously certified for at least three years, and you have conducted at least 250 fee-paid home inspections in Arizona – then you are eligible to join our network.
